Maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft is an important aspect in the operation of aircraft, and is also an established international requirement for maintaining aircraft in predetermined airworthiness conditions.

The main goal of the overhaul is the safety of the transportation of passengers and cargo.

COMPETENCE:

Arrangement of overhaul of aircraft, components and assemblies, aircraft equipment at licensed aircraft repair enterprises and manufacturing plants of the Russian Federation;

Ensuring the most favorable repair conditions for the main components of the Mi-8/17, KA-32, Mi-26 helicopters of all modifications due to the operational provision of production with aggregates and materials;

Ensuring the import and export of aviation technical equipment to/from the territory of the Russian Federation to perform repair, restoration and other periodic maintenance of aircraft;

Overhaul Stages

HELICOPTER TECHNICAL AUDIT

During the inspection of the helicopter, the helicopter is checked for the complete set, helicopter ground equipment, power plant, documentation.

All information is entered into the act of inspection of a helicopter.

DISASSEMBLY AND DISTRIBUTION

After the dismantling of all components, the products are distributed among the repair sites.

COVERING THE FUSELAGE

Before starting to remove the paintwork, we perform a deep cleaning of the parts and components of the helicopter from various kinds of contaminants and deposits in a special production washing line.

The paintwork is removed manually.

REPAIR OF THE HELICOPTER AIRFRAME

Helicopter airframe repair works are performed in special rooms. In the process of repair, we determine the technical condition of parts and assemblies and repair and restore their technical condition if necessary.

REPAIR OF HELICOPTER UNITS

In the process of repairing each unit, the following works are performed:

disassembling the unit into parts and assemblies;
washing, cleaning from pollution;
fault detection and diagnostics, determination of troubleshooting methods;
repair, restoration of galvanic coating;
operational assembly, aligning or adjustment;
testing, checking parameters for compliance with technical requirements of technological and design documentation;
complete with parts and assembly units for mounting the unit on a helicopter.

HELICOPTER ASSEMBLY

During the assembly of the helicopter, control parameters are adjusted, the power supply circuits and the operability of individual units and helicopter products are checked. The assembly process ends with a helicopter completion procedure for ground and flight tests.

PAINTING

At this stage, all assemblies and units of the helicopter are painted.

HELICOPTER TESTS

Helicopter ground and flight tests are carried out according to established ballots.

After completing flight tests, the helicopter is put into operation with the execution of technical documentation.
