The KAU-115AM is designed to move the working bodies of the helicopter’s carrier system in the channels of longitudinal, transverse, track control and control of the general pitch.
KAU-115AM provides:
– mechanohydraulic control mode;
– combined control mode (mechanohydraulic control with simultaneous correction by electrical signals from the flight and navigation complex).
The hydraulic supply of the KAU-115AM is carried out from two independent hydraulic systems of the helicopter.
Working fluid: oil AMG-10 GOST 6794-75.
KAU-115AM operates from one of the hydraulic systems with automatic switching to work from another hydraulic system in the event of a pressure drop in the first hydraulic system relative to the second by 10 kgf/cm2.
The power supply of the KAU-115AM is carried out from the flight and navigation complex.
The KAU-115AM is installed on the Mi-171, Mi-8MTV-1.
